"Important: The US has announced a 15% tariff on the total price of international orders. This will be collected by DHL via email before delivery. DHL will also charge a $17 processing fee for this service, which is added to your customs import charges. We're working hard to find an alternative solution"

International Customs Fees

The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes for delivery to be completed. Orders are subject to custom fees, please be aware of this before placing an order. These will vary depending on your country. We are charged to send the items and charged if it is returned undelivered due to unpaid customs fees. Therefore, the most we can refund you for unpaid duties is the difference after we cover shipping costs. 

Orders can take up to 4 working days to dispatch. 6 working days if you have ordered a t-shirt or mug as we make these in studio to order.

Republic of Ireland,Northern Ireland, UK, Rest of Europe 

We ship orders with DPD. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check spam and promotions folder. Please allow for delays during the holidays as orders increase. Please be aware when purchasing that you may have to pay import customs tax depending on your countries rules.

United States & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, Rest of World 

The UNITED STATES have introduced a new tariff charge on imports from Ireland. Customers will have to pay the taxes due before they can receive their order. Charges may be more then the total of your items purchased. This will be collected by our shipping partner via your email before delivery. Once paid, they will deliver your order.

For the United States. The cost of shipping internationally with DHL is €23. Then there is the 15% tariff on the purchase price of the items in your order charged by your country and collected by DHL via email. DHL charge you an industry standard processing fee of approximately $17 per order and this is added to your customs import charge. This is why import charges can be larger than the purchase price. 

Please be aware when purchasing that you may have to pay import customs tax depending on your countries rules. We ship orders with DHL. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check spam and promotions folder. Delivery is approximately 4 working days from when you received your dispatch confirmation. Please expect delays during the holiday season.
