If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 7 days from receiving your item to cancel the order. Exchanges and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of return shipping fees. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We suggest you use a registered service for the return, please retain proof of posting should an item go missing.

If an item is assumed lost in the post (40 days after shipping date) a refund may be arranged.
