DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

It can take up to 3 working days for orders to be dispatched. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Custom orders take longer to be processed.
In Ireland An Post untracked is next working day delivery but with the current climate post can take anywhere between 3-7 working days depending on your location. In the checkout you can choose either standard untracked or registered shipping.
For International delivery An Post untracked aim for 5-7 working days but with the current climate post can take anywhere from 7-21 working days depending on your location.
Any customs or import duties must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel or package. Customs policies vary, please contact your local customs office for further information. Depending on what you have ordered, your delivery may arrive in multiple shipments.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 7 days from receiving your item to cancel the order. Exchanges and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We suggest you use a registered service for the return, please retain proof of posting should an item go missing.
If an item is assumed lost in the post (40 days after shipping date) a refund may be arranged.
