DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We aim to have all our orders dispatched within 3 working days.
In Ireland we use DPD Tracked on all our orders, which is next working day delivery in Ireland. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check spam and promotions folder.
For mainland UK we use DPD Tracked on all orders, this is 2 working days delivery. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check spam and promotions folder.
For International delivery we use An Post Tracked which is approximately 6-9 working days but this can vary slightly depending on your location. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check spam and promotions folder.
Any customs or import duties must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel or package. Customs policies vary, please contact your local customs office for further information. Depending on what you have ordered, your delivery may arrive in multiple shipments.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 7 days from receiving your item to cancel the order. Exchanges and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We suggest you use a registered service for the return, please retain proof of posting should an item go missing.
If an item is assumed lost in the post (40 days after shipping date) a refund may be arranged.
