Q: Hi, I recently ordered a product from you guys. I chose you guys as you are based in Ireland and love your stuff. I am wondering why the product is being shipped from prague when it states on your website that you distruibute from Wexford?

Thank you for supporting us, and for loving our designs! 

To explain what’s happening with your order: yes, we are 100% an Irish business based in our studio in Wexford. It’s still just the two of us (Abi and Audrey) running our business since day one in 2020, while also keeping up with a very busy 3-year-old.

As the business grew, hand-printing every single item to order from our studio started taking over all our time, leaving us with very little room to actually sit down, draw, and create new designs.

To help us strike a balance, we recently started trailing a partnership with specialized print partners (like the fulfillment center in Prague). Every piece is still 100% designed by us in Wexford, but this setup lets them handle the heavy machinery so we can keep creating. We’re still fine-tuning this massive change to our small business so bare with us.

Please allow 5-8 working days for your order to be dispatched as products are printed to order.

We have begun trialing outsourcing the manufacturing of some of our items because it is just the two of us doing everything and we have no time to work on new designs so we have been forced to rethink things.

This is still in its early stages. The timing of delivery from order is being closer monitored to see if it matches with our standards.

Some items will be shipped from mainland Europe and some from Ireland with DPD. Please allow for delays during the holidays.
