International Customs Fees 

The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes for delivery to be completed. Orders are subject to custom fees, please be aware of this before placing an order. These will vary depending on your country. We cannot refund return orders due to unpaid customs duties, as we need to be able to cover our costs. We are charged to ship the order and charge the same for it to be shipped back. 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders can take up to 4 working days to dispatch, 6 working days if you have ordered a t-shirt or mug as we make these in studio to order. Your shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent automatically to your email. Please check your spam folder. Please expect delays during the holiday season.

Republic of Ireland,Northern Ireland, UK, Rest of Europe

We ship orders with DPD. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check spam and promotions folder. Delivery is approximately 1-2 working days from when you received your dispatch confirmation, please allow for delays during the holidays.  

United States & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, Rest of World 

The UNITED STATES have introduced a new tariff charge on imports from Ireland. Customers will have to pay the taxes due before they can receive their order. Charges may be more then the total of your items purchased. This will be collected by our shipping partner via your email before delivery. Once paid, they will deliver your order.

Please be aware when purchasing that you may have to pay import customs tax depending on your countries rules.

Delivery is approximately  5-7 working days from when you received your dispatch email. Please expect delays during the holiday season.
